ITIL® (Version 5) Foundation Training in India

Course Overview

The ITIL® (Version 5) Foundation Certification Course in India offers a structured approach to preparing for an entirely new qualification in product and digital service management. This is actually the very first version of the ITIL model – ITIL® (Version 5) hosted by PeopleCert and based on an improved version of the original ITIL 4. Professionals who can attend the face-to-face class are represented by IT service management specialists, service desk analysts, IT managers, service delivery managers, digital product managers, service owners and DevOps practitioners interested in using a standardised approach for digital service delivery in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi NCR, as well as in other regions of India.

The course curriculum includes the following topics: "The ITIL Value System", "Four Dimensions", "Value Co-creation", "Service Relationships", "Governance", and "Continual Improvement". Those willing to register are not required to have prior knowledge of the subject so that people can attend the course regardless of whether they are complete beginners or have already gone through the ITIL 4 course. It should be noted that along with the course delivery, the participants will have to take the Foundation exam, which will allow them to obtain the certificate valid for three more years from the date of course completion. The certificate is a prerequisite for higher ITIL® (Version 5) certifications.
